I'm not allowed any solid foods from now until after the procedure on Monday.  I really wanted a real steak dinner first so we went on down and I had a good sirloin, salad, asparagus and divided some cheesecake with the gang. Thank you everyone, I sure did appreciate the food, the love, the company and the solidarity.

Left EJ, Nash and Di and headed for the cemetery.  Got there 10 minutes before sunset and 15 minutes before moonrise.  I was afraid the clouds were going to overtake, but they didn't, I got to see a piece of the sunset and the beginning of the moonrise.

It was cold today.   Really I went up to take a nap around 4 and couldn't get warm enough to sleep.  I never got the energy  to go get liquids for the liquid part of this diet.   But I hope eating a giant dinner and laughing with friends warmed my body up enough to go to sleep early.
I've been trying to figure out how this procedure is going to help me.  Basically it has to help with oxygen in your brain while your moving?  Sometimes I just feel as though my heart is clamping down on itself, or pinching itself.  I'm anxious to see if that sensation goes away and it I stop feeling slightly breathless when I walk.  That didn't start until the afib started so I believe that's what causes it.  It's going to be interesting, for sure.

Blue moon was pretty tonight.  I've seen larger ones come up over the dump, but she really was bright.
They say I'll have no recovery time from this thing and that I actually will only be under for like 15 minutes, so I'm not changing my schedule this week at all.   Wednesday, Jo is taking me to a writers retreat, which I am very happy about.  I feel so separated from my own life that submerging myself in a day of writing sounds perfect.

OK, I'm off to sleep.  Did anyone hear what the boom was off the coast of Mass. today?  Did we have a celestial event at 2:11 this afternoon?   Let me know if you hear.  God, do I hate news these days.

SLEEP WELL.
