Happy Birthday, Denise.

Bird count was fun today.  Red  wing blackbirds greeted me at the rookery.  It was 48 degrees, up from 39 when I first recorded it.  In the rookery there were king birds, kingfishers, wood ducks, black ducks, Canada geese, GBH, starlings, and a titmouse yelling at me.

The kingfisher are playing on the other side of the pond and I can't photograph them, I can just see them fly back and forth a bomb dive the water.

I again saw 3 single turkeys walking alone at different places in the ride.  You know the are really beautiful birds.

There were deer around.   I wonder if these guys are about to give birth.

Apparently we will not have baby goats this year, they needed to take a break from birthing for this spring.   They are a little fat, but no babies.

I am having a very difficult time absorbing the amount of grief that is being experienced at the moment.  Is there a way to kind of make a prayer circle for people imbedded in this blog?  Like during the time when prayers are asked for at church, can I embed a moment of peace for those who need and want it?  My altar can be lit and names whispered and love held?  I want to be able to do that to bring us all closer.

I did go see the peaches to make sure the weather didn't take them out last night and to place a spell to protect them tonight.
