I found this photo today.  I love it.  It was taken the day Jason and Claudia left Vermont for California in 2008.  He's my boy, well, not really anymore, he was already 43, but still my pal.  The last few days have been filled with memories, filled with new memories, but lots of people sending out love in response to Jay's passing.  Oh my God, it's true, we laughed a lot cause he was in  our lives.  There was  something about the combination of  Jay and Jason that was pretty damn perfect for me.  They had a lot of things in common and I think  from the beginning I thought they'd both  be around for ever.   For the past 18 years I have had neither of them around physically, but they both are in my heart and mind continuously.  2 of the people I love the most in the world.

I think it will snow tonight. I don't think  there will be a lot of accumulation, but I think  it will snow.
I have enough oil, I have  some food.   Tonight I made scrambled cheese eggs and bacon for dinner.  It was  perfect ending to a very full day.   I'd like tomorrow to be just a little calmer,  please.
Kevin got the GofundMed  up  and launched.   The traffic on my FB page was high today because of Jay's obituary.  I heard from so many people

so many people I haven't  heard from in many years.  He was loved.  He was kind and smart and knew stuff. For years I used to say I  was the luckiest person in the  world because I could get any question answered, if Jay didn't know the  answer my friend Peter Mallary would know and between  the 2 of  them there was nothing they couldn't teach me.  LOL.
So lots of people have corresponded today,  told stories, passed on condolences.  I texted with Kelley early on and she will take over the spreading of the word.  It's such a hard death to process.  I'm telling you, Kelley, he loved you dearly.

These pictures were taken in July 1990 I think the week Elizabeth was born.  I went up to help Jay and be with Kelley and Collin.  I think we had a lot of  fun  that weekend.  Combing through old memories is such a trip.

Anyway, in order to raise the last bit of money to get  for Annie's down payment, Kevin launched the GofundMe.  I'm trying to figure out how to post it here tonight.

I hope that works.

Tonight I will spend some intentional time being grateful. I am so grateful
Rest well, my friends. Thank you for your support.
