We've entered into thin veil time.
We're starting off with a new Community Art Show.
It's beautiful.

It was a long day with many moving parts and I handled way too much money for my sanity's sake.

We started early and a group came to hang the show.  They did a great job.  It's going to be wonderful.  If you're nearby next Saturday come by 11:30 to 2 at LAVA.

There are around 30 artists represented.  They come from Granby to Putney and I'm not sure the east west outlays.   In 6 years we have developed a small reputation of being good and it has grown the show over the years.

There was also a lot of energy at the Silent Auction.  New art goes up tomorrow.  If you're looking to support the local art scene, come and see what's available at LAVA.  It's kind of exciting.

And to end the day, Black Writers Read read in front of a nice audience of mixed writing groups.  It was nice to see a lot of new faces.

Up to the rookery I went for 20 minutes of intentional breathing.  I only saw geese today in the water.  The water itself has become very defined.  You can see where it is still very shallow, and there is much more grass filling in big spaces, but there also is a clear waterway.

And the goats and chickens were in the side yard at the farm so I could say, hello.
